The Bishop's School is honored to acknowledge Caroline Cummins Circle members, Cathy and Brad Geier, who have seen first-hand the value of a Bishop's education in the lives of their five children who all attended and graduated from the School.
We're committed to helping further the School's excellence in academics, athletics and the arts through our planned giving commitment. The Bishop's School community is outstanding in every way and we're confident its unique and exemplary qualities will be sustained for generations to come with the generous support of donors to the planned giving program.
— Cathy and Brad Geier
In addition to their on-going involvement at Bishop's, Cathy and Brad have chosen to leave a meaningful legacy to the School through a bequest that will ultimately support The Bishop School Endowment; a permanent resource that has and will continue to have dramatic impact on the quality of Bishop's learning environment. Gifts to endowment last, as well as increase in size - each contribution to endowment "keeps on giving."
A bequest makes a positive statement
. When you include The Bishop's School in the final disposition of your estate, you express to family and friends that you are passionate about the impact that our school has in the lives of children and community.
A bequest provides needed funding
. Bequests are especially valuable in funding needed programs and growing the School's endowment — a powerful tool for excellence in education.
A bequest encourages others
. As friends and family members plan their own estates, they may recall your generosity and thoughtfulness. Your gift may be the motivation to unlock resources from others.
Bequests can be structured in a number of ways. You may state the bequest as a fixed dollar amount, a percentage of your estate or the remainder of your estate. Perhaps you would like to bequest a specific asset. Designated uses and named funds are additional choices to think about. Please click here
